Brenda Hampel
|

|
Noted for her expertise in leadership onboarding and development, this energetic consultant
partners with clients to reach creative,
business-oriented solutions. Clients invite
Brenda to work with them on developing and
implementing a variety of business
solutions, examples include: onboarding and
executive coaching, facilitating team
building sessions, creating leadership
development processes that includes
identification of the leadership success
profile, assessment (through 360 and custom
tools) and development planning. Curriculum
development and facilitation for
competencies such as: Building Effective
Teams, Conflict Management, Managing Up,
Effective Communication, Organizational
Savvy, Interpersonal Effectiveness and
Presentation Skills. She has had the
opportunity to work with executive teams,
functional and team leaders to help them
understand how to leverage their individual
and combined strengths and creates
strategies for addressing gaps. Clients
include Cardinal Health, a Fortune 15
pharmaceutical services company, WD Partners, Chico’s FAS
a top women’s apparel specialty retailer,
TJX Companies, a leading off-priced
retailer, Coach, Inc., VW/Audi Automotive,
NCR Corporation, Lucille Packard Children’s
Hospital, Cedars Sinai Hospital and
Victoria’s Secret Stores.
With expertise in the areas of leadership
and team alignment, performance and
onboarding coaching, this consultant designs
and implements solutions that combine proven
methodology and practical business
application. She is a qualified interpreter
of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI),
and user of several 360 tools, as well as
co-creator of a proprietary onboarding/alignment
methodology. She works closely with the HR
team in client organizations to build
internal capacity where appropriate and
serves as a credible external resource when
an outside perspective and/or facilitator
are needed.
Her Building Effective Teams session
gives teams the ability to assess their
current level of effectiveness and build a
roadmap for developing gaps. This assessment
coupled with the use of the MBTI tool,
creates a dynamic and fun session that
builds awareness of the team profile, what
it means and how to leverage the
information. This leads to a specific
roadmap for addressing gaps and reaching
team objectives.
Brenda’s unique combination of corporate
human resources experience in a diverse set
of organizations and consulting work provide
clients with a consultant that understands
how to build the business case for human
resources initiatives and create the
capacity for implementation. Brenda
graduated from The Ohio State University
with a BA in Communications. She has
presented at several human resources
association conferences, and participates in
non-profit leadership development. Brenda
has been interviewed and quoted in several
business and HR publications on the subject
of onboarding. She has continued her
education by participating in executive
programs (human resources curriculum) at the
University of Michigan, and The Ohio State
University. |

Erika Lamont
|

Working with operational leaders in leadership onboarding and
development has been the focus of Erika
Lamont’s consulting work. She has worked
with a clients to create customized
solutions for their business challenges that
include executive onboarding, individual
leadership coaching, alignment for mergers
and acquisitions, as well as team and
individual skills assessment and action
planning. Clients have asked her to coach
both leaders directly, and to train Human
Resources partners to coach leaders. She has
worked with top leaders such as Chief
Operating Officers, Chief Financial
Officers, and Chief Technology Officers.
Erika always collaborates with clients to
understand and articulate the organization
culture, identify and leverage strengths,
flag gaps, and then integrate that
information into each customized solution.
She has co-led team sessions for New Leader
Assimilation, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,
Team Building, Change Management, and Talent
Assessment. Some of her clients include;
DSW Inc., Cardinal Health, Lucille Packard Children’s
Hospital at Stanford, Audi/Volkswagen of
America, WD Partners and Chico’s FAS. Erika has also
held leadership roles inside large
organizations such as Riverside Methodist
Hospital, part of the OhioHealth
Corporation, and Bath & Body Works, a
division of Limited Brands.
Because of the credibility of her
operational experience, Erika can
effectively work with leadership teams to
identify and articulate business objectives,
assess their resources, and collaborate to
create and implement a strategy to achieve
their desired results. Project management
and resources tracking are other skill sets
that Erika makes available to her clients.
Often she is also asked to create and
implement a communication plan for the
initiatives that are underway to build
buy-in and support from the larger
organization. These create momentum for the
initiatives, as well as delivering key
information to maintain alignment.
Erika brings a distinctive blend of
operational experience and leadership
development skills to her client base. She
earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from
Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and has
received extensive professional development
in Leadership Coaching, Managing Teams,
Total Quality Management, Supply Chain
Development and Project Management. She has
presented for hospital association
conferences and professional procurement
organizations. |
